The Radical Left is going all out getting votes for the ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban in the US Senate.
Marxist militants like David Hogg and many others are on social media and the mainstream news beating the drums for gun-control daily.
And considering the 15 Republican traitors in the Senate who voted to bribe the States into passing Red Flag Gun Confiscation laws of their own, Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden might have the votes they need already.
These communists want to take every Ruger 10/22, Mini 14 and Glock that you own.
This unholy alliance of leftists and RINOs want one thing, you and I to be helpless, defenseless serfs, totally unable to fight back against their tyranny.
But we have an ace in the hole, called the “Second Amendment Preservation Act.”
We can stop them by passing SAPA law, Senate Bill 624 from Senator Doug Mastriano.
Mastriano’s Senate Bill 624 uses the 10th Amendment and the anti-commandeering doctrine to prohibit our state and local law enforcement from entering into task forces with federal agents to enforce these unconstitutional edicts.
In cases like Murphy v NCAA (2018), NFIB v Sebelius (2012), New York v United States (1997), Prinz v United States (1997) and Prigg v Pennsylvania (1842), the US Supreme Court ruled and has upheld that the federal government cannot ‘commandeer’ state resources to enforce federal law.
You see, this bill stops these gun-grabbers in their tracks by putting the brakes on enforcement of unconstitutional federal acts like Biden’s executive orders, outrageous ATF regulations, and the ‘Assault Weapons’ ban.
Not only that, but it has real teeth by creating a civil penalty for law enforcement agencies that violate the law by enforcing unconstitutional federal gun-control tyranny.
But in order to get the job done, we need your help to bring as much political heat as possible leading up to when the General Assembly returns to Harrisburg later this fall.
But most importantly, hit that link and sign your petition today.
