Preemption Reform VOTE

Last week you responded to our call to action and HAMMERED the Senate Judiciary Committee in favor of HB979, Rep. Matt Dowling’s bill to strengthen PA’s state firearm preemption law.

Because of the pressure you brought down on the committee, the bill sailed through by a vote of 9-5.

Now the bill is on the Senate floor, and we are hearing that the full Senate may be voting on this bill at ANY MOMENT!

So that’s why I’m asking you to take action by sending your State Senator a pre-written email urging them to support, vote for and pass HB979 immediately!

The truth is, big city liberals like Bill Peduto and Jim Kenney aren’t just going to see the light and stop attacking our gun rights.

Our laws must act as a firewall between us and our enemies to protect freedom, and that’s exactly what HB979 will do if its passed.

So please hammer your Senator’s email inbox letting them know that you want them to go on OFFENSE by passing HB979!

And when you’re finished, I hope that you will also send an email to Representative Matt Dowling, thanking him for putting this bill forward and fighting for our gun rights.

For an example of what to say in your email, you can copy and paste this message:

“Dear Rep Dowling,

Pennsylvania Firearms Association has been keeping me informed of the progress of HB979, and I just wanted to take a moment and THANK YOU for introducing and pushing this legislation in the Pennsylvania General Assembly!

Keep up the great work.”

But most importantly, take action – this vote can happen at any moment so don’t delay!
